Senior Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative

Established in the 80’s our client is a diverse, fast-paced, friendly and large regional brokerage with our head office located in in the North East end of the GTA. We are licensed in all Provinces and Territories throughout Canada and are a Lloyds Coverholder.

Currently seeking a Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team.

‍

This candidate possesses strong organization and time management skills and will possess technical knowledge of a variety of commercial products. The main objective of this role is to manage an existing portfolio of commercial business as well as provide Commercial lines support for existing Sales Personnel.

Qualifications:

•Minimum 7 years of commercial experience
•RIBO licensed
•Knowledge in all lines of commercial insurance
•Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
•Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
•University degree, college diploma, CAIB or CIP designation preferred

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to;

• Working directly with Producers and Insurance companies for the day to day servicing of commercial insurance accounts
• Working directly with clients for the day to day servicing of commercial insurance accounts
•Working directly with client referrals to write new commercial accounts
•Policy documentation review
• Maintaining customer files
