Mark is equally passionate about his community and is a lover of all sports. In recent years, Mark has developed and champions the RT Partners Holiday Meal Drive raising money and distributing holiday meals to families suffering from food insecurity throughout the GTA.

Otis began his recruitment career over 11 years ago. Over that time, Otis has built an impressive reputation in the insurance industry having assisted over 500+ Insurance Professionals at all levels to obtain exciting career opportunities.

His dedication to clients has made him a highly sought after consultant in the industry, not only for his recruitment ability but also for his Human Resource background as well.

Otis is a foody at heart and is forever in search of the latest great spots to eat in the GTA. He is passionate about the environment and hiking with his dogs Kobe and Kenji.

Margaret's career encompasses more than 25 years of leadership in the insurance industry. With service as a Senior Vice President for three publicly traded global brokerages, she was a founding member of RT Partners.

With a love for identifying and developing talent, negotiating, and connecting the dots, Margaret delivers thoughtful talent acquisition to clients tailored, specific and strategic by design. Margaret is active in her community and is passionate about literacy, education, and diversity.

Victor joins RT Partners with a technical background from the University of Waterloo. From day one he has demonstrated high level competencies in talent acquisition and is quickly distinguishing himself as a technical expert in the broking space with entry level, intermediate and senior brokers. Victor has successfully been engaged in servicing our clients’ current needs, proving a strong understanding of our industry.

When not connecting with candidates, you can find Victor at the gym or spending time with friends and family. He has a passion for games of strategy, a love for cooking and cheering for the Raptors.

With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, Kristen Elmore brings a unique blend of analytical acumen and client-focused service to her new role as a Recruitment Consultant. Known for her strategic thinking and exceptional people skills, Kristen's transition into recruitment is driven by her passion for connecting talented individuals with the right career opportunities. As an emerging recruitment professional, Kristen’s unwavering dedication to excellence, drives her to leverage her extensive knowledge and skills to find the best talent and deliver exceptional results for her clients. Kristen takes pride in her ability to build meaningful connections and foster trust and understanding throughout the recruitment process.

Outside of work, Kristen loves spending time with her family and friends, hiking new trails, engaging in sports, and traveling the world with her husband and kids. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen and maintaining her commitment to health and wellness.

Lorri brings 8 years' experience as a recruiter across several industries, which is complimented by 10+ years' experience working in the insurance industry, on the brokerage side. She strongly believes in finding the candidate who best meets the requirements of the client; and will tackle the search from all angles. She strives to build a strong relationship with both the client and the candidate. She gains immense satisfaction from helping a candidate reach high levels of excellence.

Outside of work, Lorri is passionate about great food and wine. She is an avid football fan, loves horseracing and skiing.
